• Led user research initiatives and created storyboards to gather insights and re-imagine the market intelligence service.

• Led user research initiatives to inform design strategies and improve user experience. This included conducting several rounds of user testing of both new and existing small business web pages and tools. 

• Collaborated with other teams to create wireframes and interactive prototypes for websites and applications, including the successful launch of the new "Small Business Retirement Plan Selector" tool. With the launch of this new tool, both task completion time and call center volume were reduced by over 25%.

• Redesigned global websites for Volvo and GE, improving the overall experience and making it easier to complete common tasks.

• Collaborated with global partners to refine UX strategies for IBM Watson Health, driving product design innovations.
